How I Can Support You
Healing in oneself, healing in us, healing in the family.

Individual
Individual therapy is time devoted entirely to you. It is an opportunity to pause, breathe, and gently bring clarity to what may be feeling heavy or unsettling in your life. I walk alongside you in understanding the patterns that may be affecting your well-being and in developing practical tools you can integrate into your daily life. We may explore concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, major life transitions, personal boundaries, and reconnecting with your identity, creativity, and sense of purpose. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and thoughtful therapeutic conversation to support authentic and sustainable growth—always at a pace that feels right for you.
Couples
In my couples therapy, I invite you to gently and honestly explore the way you are relating to one another today. Together, we look at communication patterns, emotional cycles, and past experiences that may be influencing your current connection. My intention is to help strengthen emotional safety, improve dialogue, and foster an environment where both partners feel truly seen and heard.

Whether you are navigating a difficult season, hoping to heal past wounds, or simply wanting to strengthen and redefine your relationship, I am here to support you with care and sensitivity. Therapy can become an opportunity to reconnect, deepen your understanding of one another, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.

Children, Adolescents and Family
When I work with children, adolescents, and families, I strive to create an environment where creativity becomes a bridge to connection. Through play, art, storytelling, movement, music, and meaningful conversation, I support children and teens in expressing what they feel in ways that are safe and authentic—even within a virtual setting.

I also walk alongside parents and caregivers, helping them better understand their children’s emotional needs and strengthen family bonds. My intention is for every member of the family to feel heard, understood, and more connected to one another, fostering healthier and more mindful relationships.
Trauma Recovery, Mindfulness & Emotional Regulation
If you have experienced difficult events that still influence how you feel today—if you carry relational wounds, memories that are easily triggered, or a constant sense of tension and emotional overwhelm—I want you to know that you do not have to face it alone. In our work together, we move at your pace, always prioritizing safety, stability, and the strengthening of your inner confidence.

I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and while I am not currently offering EMDR as a standalone service in my virtual practice, this training informs my trauma-informed approach to supporting emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and recovery.
I integrate mindfulness practices to help us slow down, become aware of what is happening within you, and respond to life with greater clarity and balance. My intention is to walk alongside you with compassion as you transform the impact of the past and build a more secure relationship with yourself in the present.

DUI
If you are facing a DUI charge, this moment may bring worry and uncertainty. Beyond fulfilling a legal requirement, it can also become an opportunity to reflect on what was happening in your life at that time and to make more conscious choices moving forward.

In our work together, I support you without judgment as we explore the emotional factors and patterns that may have contributed to that situation. My approach emphasizes responsibility, safety, and strengthening your personal resources, helping you develop healthier ways to manage emotions and move forward with greater clarity and balance.
Clinical Consultation for Mental Health Professionals
I offer clinical consultation for mental health professionals who are seeking a reflective, ethical, and collaborative space to strengthen their practice. With nearly two decades of clinical experience and more than ten years in private practice, I bring a broad, integrative, and evidence-based perspective shaped by work with diverse populations and clinical contexts.
This service is designed to promote clarity in case conceptualization, support complex clinical processes, and provide a trusted setting to thoughtfully examine therapeutic work in greater depth. My intention is to support the development of sound clinical judgment, professional self-care, and the long-term sustainability of clinical practice.

Florida Parent Education and Family Stabilization Course
If you are required to complete the Florida Parent Education and Family Stabilization Course, I offer the required 4-hour course of study on parent education for separating/divorcing families in person, through the Center for Divorce Education, using the Children in Between® program.
This class is held once a month, typically on Saturday mornings or Friday evenings, in a warm, comfortable, and supportive in-person setting. Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive an official Certificate of Completion documenting that you have completed the required 4-hour Florida Parent Education and Family Stabilization Course, as required by the State of Florida.
The Children in Between® program provides practical, research-based information to help parents understand how separation or divorce affects children and how to co-parent more effectively during this challenging time.
