Clinical Consultation for Mental Health Professionals
I provide individual clinical consultation for mental health professionals, therapists, and clinicians who are seeking a professional, ethical, and reflective space to strengthen their clinical work. My consultation approach is collaborative, respectful, and clinically grounded, designed to support case clarity, reduce professional isolation, and strengthen confidence in clinical judgment.
With nearly two decades of clinical experience, I bring a broad and in-depth perspective shaped by years of work across diverse populations and settings. I have been in private practice since 2013 and have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, including processes related to trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, substance use, grief, life transitions, and complex relational dynamics.

My clinical orientation is integrative and evidence-based, grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, trauma-informed approaches, and strengths-based relational models. I also incorporate creative and expressive interventions—such as writing, journaling, visualization, arts and crafts, and play-based strategies—when clinically appropriate.
Consultation addresses both clinical analysis and the emotional process of therapeutic work. Sessions may include case conceptualization, ethical reflections, work with complex or stuck cases, exploration of countertransference, and the thoughtful integration of creative and mindfulness-based resources. Special attention is given to processing the emotional impact of challenging cases, as well as to developing strategies for professional self-care, burnout prevention, and long-term sustainability in clinical practice.
I hold a clinical supervisor credential obtained in the early years of my private practice. While I do not currently provide supervision for licensure purposes, this training supports the structure, ethics, and professional responsibility I bring to consultation work. I also have extensive experience participating in peer consultation groups, where cases were reviewed collaboratively—an experience that has strengthened my commitment to dialogue, mutual respect, and the collective development of clinical knowledge.
Consultation does not replace supervision. It is a professional space to think, reflect, process, and grow with intention.
