SUPPORTING YOUR MENTAL WELL-BEING
Walking beside you through awakening, growth, and healing.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with nearly two decades of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, children, and adolescents. I have worked in the mental health field since 2006 and have maintained my own private practice since 2013, offering a professional, safe, and welcoming space where clients can explore personal growth, relationships, and emotional well-being. I currently offer virtual therapy, allowing me to support clients in a flexible, accessible, and comfortable way.

My professional experience includes facilitating support groups for individuals living with cancer, as well as empowerment groups for adolescents and women. For over 13 years, I integrated animal-assisted therapy into my work alongside my therapy dog, Chloe, who passed away in 2024 after many years of dedicated service to our community. Chloe’s presence in sessions deeply shaped my commitment to creating a calm, compassionate, and emotionally safe therapeutic environment.
While I now offer services virtually—aside from the in-person Parent Stabilization Course—these experiences continue to guide my therapeutic approach, which I view as a collaborative and deeply human process rooted in trust and connection.
My work integrates evidence-based practices with creative and mindfulness-oriented approaches that encourage self-exploration, emotional awareness, and meaningful change. I often use the metaphor of a butterfly’s metamorphosis to describe personal growth: therapy is not about changing who you are, but about refining, evolving, and reconnecting with your authentic self. My goal is to help clients strengthen their relationship with themselves and others, moving forward with greater confidence, clarity, and intention.
If you are considering starting therapy, I invite you to take that step when you feel ready. I offer virtual therapy in a supportive and reflective space where you can explore concerns, clarify goals, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. Beginning therapy is an act of courage, and it would be an honor to walk alongside you in that process.
It has been a true privilege that so many individuals have trusted me with their stories and allowed me to support their families. Accompanying clients through processes of growth, healing, and change is deeply meaningful to me, and I consider it an honor to serve in this role as a mental health professional within the communities I support.
